A $200 early bird discount will be offered off the stud fee for either of our stallions for all bookings received before 01/08/10. Text Box:  Paint Horse Stud                                 Here at Nashville farm we pride ourselves in breeding the finest quality, traditional  American, quarter horse based paint horses. Since buying our first pure bred quarter horse we would never own another breed. All our mares were specifically selected for their temperament, conformation, performance, bloodlines and colour. They are all sweet natured, willing and eager to please, as all horses should be. Our mares and stallions can be easily handled and ridden by children and adults alike. Our magnificent stallions are fully imported from the USA and were selected with the same criteria as the mares.   Double Fax is a real sweet boy, just a big puppy really. He has fantastic quarter horse based bloodlines and is homozygous for the tobiano gene, which means he will always throw a painted foal. He was bred by Forrest Nelson who was then the president of the APHA and was only shown once in halter (which he won) before being sold as a stud colt. He had 38 registered USA foals before we were lucky enough to import him to Aus in 2008. His first Aussie foals are on the ground and can be viewed on our 09 foals page. He will be standing at stud at our farm in 2010  for hand service and available for AI also. He is extremely fertile and gets his mares in foal the first time. QTS Hollywood Deuce is the only double dilute homozygous tobiano in Australia and one of less than a handful in the world!  He has incredible bloodlines and has won many awards for both performance classes and halter. Because he is a double dilute (perlino) he will always pass on one dilute gene to his offspring, meaning he can only produce buckskin, palomino or smokey black tobiano foals, to a chestnut bay or black mare. He has 100% conception rate in the US and Australia.  He has foals on the ground in Canada and his first Aussie foals are due in 2010. He will be standing at Olive Grove breeding Centre in Bullsbrook for AI and live cover.   WHY TOBIANO? Genetically tobiano is the only paint pattern that can be homozygous, therefore is the only pattern that can guarantee to throw coloured foals every time we back this up with a full refund on your stud fee should you ever get a solid foal from either of our stallions.
